Step 2 – Free Introductory Session
New to CrossFit? Come join us for a free introductory class . The training session takes about one hour and consists of a warm-up, skills required for the exercises to be performed, workout and stretches.
Step 3 – Sign up to one of our “On Ramp” programs.
The “On Ramp” program consists of 12 programmed sessions which introduce the basic fundamental CrossFit movements, we also talk about nutrition and introduce you to some scaled WOD’s (Workout Of the Day).
